Written in Harrow Halls, May 2013, and recorded in Liverpool, Aug 2019

My first year of uni was a crazy time, I had just arrived to London from Santurtzi and I got thrown in with a bunch of crazy 18 year olds into campus life. I could barely understand anyone and it was an emotional rollercoaster. Also a lot of fun. I really got into tape recorders and cassettes at the time and this song came out of that period.

There's a version of this recorded on a 4 track cassette somewhere but the arrangement didn't quite work. Last summer I found myself coming back to it and on a sunny Sunday afternoon I wrote a second verse and recorded this version just because I felt like it.
